Deborah Benaim Joins Forces with Imperial Finance & Trading, LLC as Senior Vice President, Retail Premium Finance

BOCA RATON, Fla. (BusinessWire EON) September 6, 2007 -- Benaim has been involved in the financial services and healthcare industries for the past twenty years.

She was most recently managing director of Peach Holdings' structured settlement division and was responsible for all day-to-day operations of the organization. While there, she expanded their new originations to become the second-largest in the industry.

At E.F. Hutton & Co. in New York, Benaim helped design and implement hedge funds at the inception of that industry. At Prudential-Bache, she co-managed a large institutional energy trading group on the floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange at the World Trade Center and had an upstairs trading office at corporate headquarters.

In 1990, she joined a healthcare service company, and helped expand it to be the seventh-largest healthcare service/assisted living provider in the country. Benaim took the company public in March of 1998. She has served on the executive board of the American Senior Housing Association, and has been involved in debt/equity transactions for the past several years. Her main expertise lies in business development and strategic alliances.
